DallFlex family of Dallmer creates new possibilities

DallFlex family of Dallmer creates new possibilities

The new drain housing, DallFlex from Dallmer revolutionises drainage technology. It can be combined with a total of seven different Dallmer shower trays.

Until now, shower trays and drains in ground-level showers were usually a fixed unit. Drainage specialist Dallmer has developed a system which separates the drain housing and shower channel. This ensures both easier cleaning and the possibility of cutting the shower tray so that it can always be integrated into the shower area. In this way, Dallmer offers a drainage system that allows craftsmen, retailers and planners as well as builders the greatest possible choice and flexibility for drainage in the shower area and is also DIN 18534 compliant.

Pipe up and start loving your drainage - study reveals the nation’s worst drainage hotspots

However, the latest study from drainage specialist, Lanes Group, hopes to bust some common myths about what’s suitable to put down our drains - with their advice being, if it’s not one of the three P’s (toilet paper, pee or poo) or water, then it shouldn’t be going near your loo or plughole.

The study of 1,101 UK adults, looked to highlight the nation’s bad flushing habits, and the worst cities for them. Overall, Birmingham came out as the worst, with a shocking 87% flushing items deemed unsuitable for drainage systems.
