In order to reward those who have demonstrated remarkable customer service, going above and beyond the everyday call of duty, Graham Plumbers’ Merchant is asking customers to once again nominate their ‘Graham Customer Hero’ as part of their ‘Graham Heroes’ Awards.
The ‘Graham Heroes’ Awards look to recognise members of the Graham team for their excellent services to the company, celebrating outstanding workmanship and top-quality customer service. The plumbers’ merchant is looking for help in the ‘Customer Hero’ Award category, with customers invited to name a staff member who they feel has excelled in their role this year.
